Domestic shipments within Indonesia are processed through established courier partners. International shipments are handled with insured international express carriers. Estimated delivery times are approximations and may be influenced by peak holiday logistics or customs verification.

We take pride in our seam architecture and fabric integrity. If you receive an item with a verifiable manufacturing defect, notify us within 3 business days of delivery along with photographic documentation and unboxing video evidence.
Items returned for size exchange must be unwashed, unworn, in pristine original condition with all Livin Mille tags and original packaging attached. Due to limited batch quantities, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
